Two main categories of writers are allowed to apply for jobs with our company. These are ESL and ENL writers.
ESL writers are those who use English as their second language. Fluency and expertise are essential. They are allowed to bid for, and take, all orders showing standard rates. All writers have the potential to qualify as Advanced Writers. The rates of orders needing advanced knowledge are always more lucrative than standard rates.
ENL writers are native speakers of English. These writers acquire academic knowledge in a variety of subjects. The main advantage of being an ENL writer is the ability to place bids or take orders displaying higher rates, and work on more lucrative tasks. These are the most likely to be promoted to Advanced Status, which allows work on orders at the highest pay-rate.
